World Bank

Design of new solar energy photovoltaic electrical system to power the existing lighting, including complete reroofing project. Building H Data Center upgrade, including installation of new, paralleling gear, and fuel cells. The fuel cells drive the data center, the waste heat from the fuel cells heats the office building in winter, and heats domestic hot water all year long. The paralleling gear runs the fuel cells, solar panels, and standby generators with the electric utility. In addition, they allow the load curtailment program to continue to operate.
