Help!
We are sorry that you had to ask for help in using our website. On the other hand, we are glad we can assist you. Below are some common questions and answers. If you need to know something else, please contact us. How to enter the Clients Area? You need to get a login and password from us first. Then you need to click on the "Clients" link above. A small window will pop-up asking you for your login information, and after you enter them (and click on OK or press ENTER) you will be in! My login and password do not seem to work! Both login and password are case-sensitive. Make sure you use correct case while typing (perhaps your Caps Lock was on?) I forgot my login/password!Please contact us and we will send you a new password. I select a file and click on "Upload", but nothing seems to happen...In most modern browsers, a red message will appear above the file list, explaining that the upload has started. Furthermore, a pop-up window should appear, displaying the upload progress. If JavaScript (or Active Scripting) is disabled in your browser, you will get no notification until the file is actually uploaded, so the browser may seem to have stopped responding - but please do not close it, nor refresh it, nor resubmit it until you are absolutely sure that the upload is not in progress (there should at least be a small progress bar in the bottom of your browser window, indicating that something is going on.) Please wait until the file appears in the file list. Depending on your Internet connection and the size of the file, the upload may take anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes, or more. I have problems opening/saving the filesWe recommend not to try opening the files by clicking on them, but to save them to your disk first - right-click on a file's name and select "Save Target As..." or similar option. That will allow you to select a location on your computer to save the file to. If you simply click on a file with the left mouse button, the browser may try to open it in some application on your computer. That is generally slower, and may not even work, and you will still have to save the file from that application to your disk. |
