Mr. Santore has over 30 years experience in the engineering, design and project management of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, power distribution and fire protection for a vast range of new and renovation projects. Mr. Santore also has invaluable experience in the design and distribution of medium voltage electrical systems from 600 V to 15 kV classes.
From 1994 through 1998, Mr. Santore attended the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University, where he earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. While at NCSU, Mr. Santore obtained exposure to state of the art electrical engineering methods and studied under several nationally prominent, power engineering experts.
Mr. Santore works directly with the client to define design requirements and directly supervises and coordinates the activities of consultants to see that the clients' requirements are met, including time and budget schedules.
Mr. Santore's specific management and engineering experience includes corporate and educational facilities, telecommunications support systems, commercial office buildings, tenant fit-up, industrial construction, historical renovations, food service facilities, and retail facilities, military, RF shielded/secure spaces, secure conferencing, AV conferencing, and large scale computer facilities.

Base building renovation design for converting an industrial facility into a state of the art office building. Design for facility includes a 13.2 kV multiple feeder service with distribution voltage paralleled by network protector system.
West County Recreation Center, Fairfax, VA
Mechanical and electrical concept and design for this state-of-the-art public facility. Design includes central chilled water plant, air-side dehumidification and heat recovery, outdoor heated pool, thermal water storage and numerous special features and attractions.

Audio-visual conferencing facility including complete auto-dimming control & sound system. Facility serves as an international corporate center for research, design engineering, and mission control of space satellite projects.
