 Displays various charts and tables to help optimize energy consumption for the design

 Lets you specify operational parameters and inputs for precooling/preheating and reheat
for a plate heat exchanger. It calculates the outputs (supply and exhaust air) and displays
the state of the cooling coil for that configuration.
